We went on the early side, around 12:30 and it was pretty empty. By the time we left a couple of hours later, the place really filled up and was becoming quite a fun vibe! I got the double lobster rolls which were quite filling and very good! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Surf City:
The service was lacking, and there were no games available. I found the prices to be too high, and the overall visibility of the restaurant left much to be desired. View all feedback.
Charming spot with a wonderful atmosphere! I really enjoyed being by the water! Our server was a bit slow and tended to forget things, but he was very friendly. Overall, the food...
The location is fantastic, and I wish there were more restaurants like this in the city. It's a lovely spot by the water. However, the service was extremely slow, so be prepared for a wait.
I would only recommend coming here for the drinks and the atmosphere. It's best to eat before you arrive because the food was quite disappointing. I wouldn't even suggest ordering a side of anything.
My wife and I absolutely loved this place. We visited on a beautiful sunny day with temperatures around 85 degrees, and everything was delightful. The food was tasty, especially the crab fries. The venue features multiple bars, some where you can receive service from the staff and others that are self-service, allowing you to order and pick up your food at your convenience. The atmosphere was wonderful, with a refreshing breeze, sunshine, water views, and an inviting environment. The prices were quite reasonable considering the location. We arrived early and managed to secure a great table, but it started to get crowded by 1 PM. They also accommodate walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
This is a fantastic place to enjoy a drink and relax outdoors. It’s even better if you can bring your jet ski and dock it for a while!
