Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Jersey City

The service was horrible and the bathroom was full of feces when we told staff the female stated she don’t care and refused to let my 7 yr old day use the employee bathroom. I was there 20 minutes and no one cleaned as they state they do

Every time I come here it’s a 15 minute wait no matter the time and the employees are always goofing off. But tonight takes the cake when I came at 9:38 and the doors were already locked and they are all standing in there staring at me. Really disappointing.

Messed up my order. Specifically asked for legs in the notes, seems they did not even read it.Paid for a gallon of Cane Sweet Tea and they didn't bother to add it to the order.

I know that the work on popeyes is not fun or simple, but these workers are rude as the hell. that is not worth it at all!

Only had spicy chicken available. customers were loud about eating with their non spicy foods they ordered first. no cole Slav. parking: large parking wheel chair accessible: yes.
