The restaurant has a wonderfully cozy atmosphere, as it is quite tiny. There are only about four seats at the counter and a small table—that's all there is. You can also see the kitchen in action. What’s up with the new restaurants in the Heights that only open for about four hours a day, four days a week? Why not just put up a sign that says “don’t come here”? This place clearly isn’t catering to the community. Great job at being an integrated part of the neighborhood! I definitely won’t be coming back. Are you selling unicorns? The quality of the food here is so delightful that my husband even thinks the water taste good! Lol! Seriously I am a big sucker for quality sashimi and sushi rice and the chef serves both! The bento box entrees are also delicious. To top it all, they serve whole pieces of soft shell crab. Customer service is wonderful as well. Thank you!
We have been looking forward to the opening of this place over a month now. We wanted to be among the first to taste their foods. Baby back ribs were crusty outside and soft inside, truly the best ever! Spicy tuna roll that came with the sushi dinner set was so substantial and delicious. For this high quality, prices can't be beaten. Looking forward to trying more!

I’ll keep this short. Don’t question whether you should try OZU- just try it. Udon- phenomenal. Bento box (chicken and beef)-phenomenal Matcha desert- phenomenal Staff? 10/10 Customer service is amazing and they go above and beyond. I’ll always come back
Amazing cozy place to enjoy some delicious Japanese dishes. The food and service here got its own unique characteristics. A true hidden gem in JC. Love it!
