O'LaLa Empanadas - Jersey City

I recently had the pleasure of using O'LaLa Empanadas for a catering event, and I can confidently say they exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic.First and foremost, their empanadas are out of this world. The flavors are rich, authentic, and incredibly delicious. Whether it's the traditional beef, the flavorful chicken, or the mouthwatering vegetarian options, each bite was a delightful explosion of taste. They also offer a wide variety of fillings that cater to different preferences, ensuring there's something for everyone.The team at O'LaLa Empanadas was an absolute delight to work with. From the initial inquiry to the delivery of the catering, their communication and professionalism were top-notch. They took the time to understand our event's needs and provided valuable recommendations to create a menu that perfectly suited our guests.

The beef and cheese empanadas are delicious. I sometimes get a mix-and-match of the other ones, but beef and cheese is always the best, by far. For pickup, order in advance if you can. Otherwise, be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes. The atmosphere is lacking, so don't plan on eating there if you can help it. It's not kid-friendly, either. Otherwise, this is a solid spot for empanadas.

Loving everything definitely recommend with freshly done empanadas with the amazing sauce to top it off! Staffing always greeting wroth the wait! Definitely wouldBe back.Food: 5/5

I went to get one empanada and it took too long for them to make. I never got it after I paid for it because I had to catch the bus. For the time it took them to make you'd think they were doing it from scratch. If they do then they should have a heater and make about three of each kind. Entirely too slow.
