New York Style Chicken - Jersey City

On July 12th, I went to this restaurant to order a chicken gyro and requested extra white sauce, as I always do. Unfortunately, the person working there, an older Pakistani man whom I dislike for his poor attitude, took my order. When I got home, I realized that my order was wrong - he had put no white sauce on my gyro instead of extra white sauce. Frustrated, I had to go all the way back to the restaurant, only to be met with reluctance from the older Pakistani man. He offered me two small cups of white sauce, which I refused, insisting that they needed to fix my order. The older man became angry and started to curse at me, making me uncomfortable. I decided to cancel my order as I did not want him preparing my food. This experience made me vow to never return to this restaurant again, despite being a frequent customer in the past. The customer service provided by this older Pakistani man was absolutely terrible.

I am reevaluating my review. I visit this restaurant 3 or 4 times a week and the food is always good when the night shift is working. However, the older Pakistani man who works in the morning has a negative attitude towards everyone, except random women who visit.

- What? They are expecting NYC prices. Previously, they offered a good chicken burger combo. As of May 2022, they have increased prices on everything. They are now charging an extra $2.00 for every item on the menu. It's disappointing.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, much better than KFC and Popeyes. They also provide online ordering for takeout, making it convenient for customers. The prices are also affordable.

Why are the chicken gyro so fired after hours! omg, I just pulled one off and I need another! my friends there offer qualitatiw high quality food yla yala yala yla yala yala yala yala!
