The wait staff while friendly was clearly in need of assistance as we did not get simple things like water refilled for long periods of time. The margaritas were horrible to say the least. Even after taking the tiniest sip, I asked the waiter to send it back and she simply said she couldn’t and I would still be charged for it. What User doesn't like about Los Cuernos:
I was looking forward to trying Los Cuernos as i live in the area. I have to say i was disappointed in the overall experience. We ordered Margaritas and they gave them to us in plastic glasses, the server said they ran out of glasses. Food was very good and got seated right away. We got to sit outside however it took forever to get the waiters attention once it got full and we could not even get water because they took forever my husband asked for water the lady said I’ll come back with more and never did.
Once we got over the fact that we'd been ignorant about the difference between TexMex and real Mexican, we enjoyed it immensely. We just didn't get our stupid-American nachos, and the only dessert was flan. The rice was to-die-for, the guac was so fresh that we thought it was made real-time just for us, and the snapper was perfect. We'll be back.
Service was a bit slow initially and they didn’t have Diet soda

One Advice DO NOT GO. I have not seen a place more mismanaged than this place. Not the fault of Chef I think, but THE GROUND STAFF DOES NOT WANT YOU HERE. SERIOUSLY. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANYTHING EASY NOT EVEN WATER. Every Request has to be made 20 times. The team is very arrogant and want to shut down the place. May be they all hate the owner and took it upon themselves to take revenge by doing their best to treat customers like slaves. We spoke with manager to give the feedback and he wanted to convince us that they provided us best of their service and it was somehow all our fault. And I want to send this person back to school to learn the basic concept of “Customer Service”. Anyway coming down to all the incidents: We were told entire place is reserved when we could see all tables were empty. When we politely requested they made faces and didn’t even reply. So rather than waiting we went to opentable and made a reservation and then we were seated ... Still the place is list a ghost town. Then we requested water, and waited 15 mins and then we requested water and then they gave us menus and asked for order and we asked for water again and ordered our drinks. And we got drinks in another 15 mins and then we asked for water. So we have been there for 45 mins but no sign of water. Let’s move from Water to Drinks. We had few drinks and then we wanted to move our table to inside as it was getting chilly outside. This is all when the place is still half empty. We were told we are fully reserved do we can’t move you anywhere you aren’t ordering food. Then we went to OpenTable and took another reservation again all reservations were open. The team was lying at our faces and said please close the check and go. At which point we gave up and left .... So many other things to write but the bottom line let’s go to anyplace but this place.
