It took an hour to receive our dishes, which were clearly premade (since we were told the karahi would take 45 minutes). Both the chicken tikka masala and chicken handee were terrible. Whenever we inquired with the waiter and the manager about the delay, they seemed unsure how to respond because the staff lacked training in multitasking. I would only recommend this place to a friend if they were adding it to their list of places to avoid. I'm truly disappointed.

When she inquired with the staff about the inconsistency, the response she received was dismissive and lacking any form of apology. I couldn't help but wonder if this was related to being short-staffed, or if it had to do with the fact that my boss and I are people of color, while the customer being served outside was white. Regardless of the reasoning, we should have been treated the same way as that other customer, or he should have been asked to dine indoors like we were. This experience left me feeling embarrassed, especially since I was the one who made the reservation and my boss was the one who paid for our meal. Because of this, I will not return to Laree Adda, nor will I recommend it to anyone in my social circle. Thank you.
