What User doesn't like about Hudson Grille Doubletree Hilton:
We were given menus, but between the service from the front desk and us, it felt like a chaotic situation, and not in a good way. The menu we received didn't match what was on the website or the one on OpenTable. The food offerings were very limited. We ordered wings, and while I enjoyed my chicken Milanese, my dining companions' chicken was frozen and hastily cooked. Something was definitely off that night. View all feedback.
I made a reservation for lunch and the staff wasn't aware of it. There was no real wait staff be and no bartender on duty until 3pm. We had a 12:30 reservation. It was so missed managed that we had water and left.
We had a fantastic lunch! The food was beautiful, fresh and delicious. There were so many creative dishes to choose from. I had the Pignolia Nut Crusted Viking Village Sea Scallops and they were outstanding a sizable portion. My husband had the Lancaster Chicken breast which was juicy, tender and inventive. Things have really changed in a very positive way. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Hudson Grille to everyone. Can’t wait to try more things on the beautiful menu. Yum! Bravo!
We came to the restaurant because we stayed at the hotel. Fantastic brisket highly recommended. Nice room and nice hotel.
There were so many things that went too many wrongs to codify. We go to the restaurant and it was closed. What? Since I had a confirmed reservation, I went to the reception of the Doubletree and the true superstar here was Juanita, staff member of the reception. There was another couple the parents of the bridegroom big wedding party that had blocked rooms on the property that wanted to feed. Juanita was given permission to act as our waitress. Menus were given and between dealing with the reception and us, it came through, but at what cost? The menu did not fit the website and the menu on the open table. Streng bar food. Wings were fine, I liked my chicken Milanese, but my Co Diner's chicken was frozen and quickly cooked. Something's really going on tonight.
Good was surprisingly delicious and creative. Come on!
