Five Guys - Jersey City

The service at this restaurant was amazing, with a very efficient and respectful team. I always enjoy dining here! I'm not sure if the air conditioning is working properly, as it felt very hot inside and I noticed that the staff were sweating.

We went with a group of 5 people and found the staff to be very friendly. The Burger Fries were amazing and Jaylen, our server, was extremely polite and helpful.

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats. My daughter, who is very particular, only eats BLT sandwiches. Unfortunately, her entire sandwich was missing from the order, which included three fries and two burgers. When I called to report the missing sandwich, the line was left open while I was placed on hold, and I overheard employees complaining before someone returned to the line. They claimed to have personally put the order together and that the missing BLT was taken by an Uber driver with a four-star rating. They said there was nothing they could do about it. The lack of customer service and the clear lack of responsibility on their part was disappointing. Not a great way to treat hardworking families trying to support local businesses.

Eat good, clean, fast and as they want. the fries are amazing, cajun fries even better!

The Manager at the Westside and University Ave branch listened patiently and promptly made an effort to retrieve the order I placed in error at the wrong branch in Jersey City. With no hesitation, he gave me a brand new order at his branch. Awesome service!!!
