What bxdeadpool doesn't like about Delenio:
This used to be my go to pizza spot, but unfortunately it's no longer reliable. The pizza has always been good, but the delivery times have gone from taking between 45 minutes and an hour to straight up two hours. This seems like a straight forward and basic problem to solve, but management doesn't seem like they're in the mood to handle the complete breakdown of their delivery service. [This place was suddenly closed. I believe the owner must have died and nobody tended the business afterwards] One of the few good restaurants in Jersey City (compared to NYC standards). Flavorful ingredients and great NYC pizza. It's also BYOB in case you want to bring something with you and eat on the spot.
Ordered delivery and it never came. They never picked up the phone
Waited 2 hours for delivery and it never showed up. Restaurant never answered the phone.
Never received my order. This place is really unprofessional. Glad I never got it now seeing how bad the food is. Seamless apologized but the restaurant didn’t even bother to pick up the phone! Just order from Carmines which is just around the corner
