Rosti Xpress Mexican Food-jerome Mr. Gas

Been wanting to write a review for this spot for a while. My family and I moved from Bend, OR to SLC 2 years ago and we found this place on our route. We got food and I enjoyed everything we got. I believe that first time we got Birria and a assortment of tacos. We've since been back and forth to Bend multiple times (to visit friends and family) and we make it a point to stop and grab lunch or dinner each time we pass this gas station area. If you are ever on this route or in the area, go to this spot! Tried most of the menu and everything is amazing! Sad thing is that we don't the next time we will be back up to Bend. We will miss this place until the next trip!

This is one of my favorite places to stop and eat dinner lunch or breakfast. And I would have given a 5 star rating but This time I was given half the food for the same price. It is important to have portion consistency.

The food is a bit pricey for the quality and not a big selection. Sometimes there's a older guy in the food truck with glasses that doesn't have people skills.

Stopped for lunch here as we were traveling through the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had a burrito that was bean and cheese and it was decent sized. It was very delicious and you can tell that the tortillas are fresh! We also got the DUI fries and those were good as well! Large portions at a good cost. Loved the food!
