She was attentive and her big smi... read more My wife and I had dinner at the beach last night, and it was a wonderful experience. Our server, Roxann G, did an amazing job. She was attentive and her big smile and warm personality added so much to our meal. We also had the pleasure of meeting the regional manager, who recognized us for our visits. We moved from Connecticut a year ago, where we enjoyed dining in Shelton, CT. As retired seniors and members of the Ruby Tuesday email club, we appreciate the budget-friendly options. Thanks to the regional manager for recommending the delicious ***** dish!

Our server was friendly, and everyone else we interacted with was just as pleasant. As for the food, my mother loved her quesadilla, but my ultimate chicken sandwich didn't live up to expectations. The flavors were nowhere near what the menu described! It wasn't bad, but it just didn't match the description. I'll definitely come back, but I won't be ordering that sandwich again.

However, I was out runni... read more It had been awhile since I dined at Ruby Tuesday. Unfortunately covid took its toll on the location closest to me and it was shut down. However, I was out running errands over the weekend and going right past the one in Jensen Beach. Their incredibleribs were calling my name! I had the nicest server. Her name is Danielle and although she told me she'd only been on the job for2 weeks it seemed as if she'd been there for years as she gave the service of a seasoned pro. She was very pleasant and checkedon me frequently to see if I needed anything else. I decided a trip to the salad bar would add some delicious veggies to my ribmeal so off I went. I have to say that Ruby Tuesday has the very best salad bar. Everything is fresh, the staff is alwaysrefilling items, and the pasta salad with peas is my favorite! The ribs were phenomenal! Tender, fall off the bone, baby backribs which is exactly the way they should be. I've gone to BBQ places that specialize in ribs and none can compete with those atRT. I noticed the teamwork of the staff at this location. I actually thought that one young man was a manager. I believe hisname is Zach. He kept pitching in whenever someone needed help. So I went to him to say how happy I was with my experience onlyto find out that he wasn't a manager but he got her for me. Her name is Patty. Super nice, has a great smile and I could tellshe really cares about her restaurant. I can't wait to go back!
