Our server was friendly, and everyone else we interacted with was just as pleasant. As for the food, my mother loved her quesadilla, but my ultimate chicken sandwich didn't live up to expectations. The flavors were nowhere near what the menu described! It wasn't bad, but it just didn't match the description. I'll definitely come back, but I won't be ordering that sandwich again.

However, I was out runni... read more It had been awhile since I dined at Ruby Tuesday. Unfortunately covid took its toll on the location closest to me and it was shut down. However, I was out running errands over the weekend and going right past the one in Jensen Beach. Their incredibleribs were calling my name! I had the nicest server. Her name is Danielle and although she told me she'd only been on the job for2 weeks it seemed as if she'd been there for years as she gave the service of a seasoned pro. She was very pleasant and checkedon me frequently to see if I needed anything else. I decided a trip to the salad bar would add some delicious veggies to my ribmeal so off I went. I have to say that Ruby Tuesday has the very best salad bar. Everything is fresh, the staff is alwaysrefilling items, and the pasta salad with peas is my favorite! The ribs were phenomenal! Tender, fall off the bone, baby backribs which is exactly the way they should be. I've gone to BBQ places that specialize in ribs and none can compete with those atRT. I noticed the teamwork of the staff at this location. I actually thought that one young man was a manager. I believe hisname is Zach. He kept pitching in whenever someone needed help. So I went to him to say how happy I was with my experience onlyto find out that he wasn't a manager but he got her for me. Her name is Patty. Super nice, has a great smile and I could tellshe really cares about her restaurant. I can't wait to go back!

The restaurant is clean, organized, and inviting. The salad bar and food are both excellent. We’ve been coming here once a week for the past seven years, and I wanted to express our appreciation to the manager.

I 'm leaving this review because our server Amy and her husband at the host stand gave INCREDIBLE service. Theyrecently migrated to the USA from Romania for a better life and opportunity. They are a younger couple in their 20 's with adefinitive Romanian accent. So polite and courteous. It was Amy 's 1st day on the floor as a server on her own. *Please go seeher. She is WONDERFUL. We wish them all the best in their new adventure and life here in America. We 'll be back anddefinitely ask for her service. ????????

The restaurant was n... read more Update: Years later, and the service is still as terrible as ever. I don't understand why we keep trying to give this place another chance. The restaurant was not busy at all when we were there tonight, yet our waitress showed no sense of urgency. Our food arrived cold, which was just unacceptable. The service is completely lacking. The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because of the well-stocked salad bar. My daughter and I have been dining here for years, and it just keeps getting worse. The food is barely average, but the service should be exceptional, and it's far from that. This is not a place I would recommend visiting. I'm extremely disappointed in the decline of customer service.
