Summary: Standard Chinese fare in a divey atmosphere. A St. Paul sandwich with American cheese? That was a surprise. The cheese slice didn't pair well with the so-so egg foo yung patty. The fried patty outside lacked outside crispness. I regretted that, though it meant the thin patty wasn't overcooked inside. Mayo was applied as a blob rather than spread on the bread.
