New concept. Place is called The Zed now. Still brews and serves Zoiglhaus beer, but has individual food pods inside along with a cocktail lounge. They are still expanding, but the Lents Farmer's Market will be inside and they will have garage doors to open up during good weather. Wonderful concept and food is great! Especially Sherpa Kitchen! Their ‘club sandwich’: grilled chicken breast and bacon on a hamburger bun. ️. That’s not a club sandwich. Call it something else on the menu. I asked if he brought me the club sandwich because that’s what I ordered and he affirmed that he did. It wasn’t a club sandwich. Call it something else on the menu. A co-op with a wonderful balance. Never been into German food, was about to hop into it, then bam, Himalayan noodles and dumplings hit me. Sherpa Kitchen, located inside the brewery has amazing simple and warm food. Zoiglhaus (now known as The Zed) also has amazing food and great staff. The beer has a wonderful variety to bounce around the flavor and definitely jump on the stein if you find one you like. Haven't been since Civid hit. Holy Cow! I like the new layout and the addition of new mini kitchens, had the both pork and beef Dumplings, oh yea.. I will be back.
The best pilsner I’ve ever tasted. Kristen at the bar and the rest of the staff are incredible. You’re in good hands the second you walk in the door. They only get five stars because I can’t give more.
I haven't been in there since before the pandemic started.. There making a lot of changes all for the better.. Cant wait till full bar is open but there beer options are great.
