I like the Dragonfly, the coffee and treats are good and the people there are great. But, and it’s a tiny but — the service is ever so slightly slipping so maybe this helps I don’t know. The problem I think is the “dual” counter system which works great if it’s organized with a person dedicated to both — except it never is and this invariably leads to issues in service and quality of product which is slipping a littl... Love Dragonfly since forever ago. Was fun to see it booming with baristas who know how to make a delish coffee drink. Thanks for being here
