Oh my gosh, you can smell all of the middle eastern spices when you walk up to the window to pick up your food!! If you know about cardamon pods and other delicious spices from the East, then you know what I'm talking about! If you're like me, get it medium spice, for a very pleasant heat level. You have to have some heat to make it legit! Squeeze on the lemon they give you and pile on the sides and mix it all up for a delicious bite. Drizzle some of the raita over the rice to help balance out the heat and cool your tongue!
