They were training someone new in the kitchen and they blew the order all together, I will admit I have special requisites -such as an extra side of 'nuclear hot hollandaise ' to dip the french fries in. The lady was all by herself and she ruled the World! Great waitress!! The omelet was rubbery, the hash browns were burned as was also the french toast. That was just my order. My wife ordered scrambled eggs, hash browns, and french toast. The scrambled eggs were a folded omlet style egg that was cut a couple of times. The hash browns were missing and the french toast was more burnt than mine. Besides the bullet hole in the glass and the people hogging the video poker machines, our waitress was very kind and helpful.
I didn't actually get the chance to eat at this restaurant because the app wouldn't allow me to use a gift card that was already loaded onto my account. When I tried to place an order over the phone, I was told that they would only start preparing the meal once I arrived, as many customers had been calling in orders but not showing up. This defeat the purpose of calling ahead to order. I was surprised by how difficult it was to order a prepaid meal. It was almost unbelievable.

They were absolutely slammed on Christmas Day. Staff was amazing working through the crush of to go orders and trying to keep up. Appreciate everyone who worked Christmas Day and able to get us all fed.
