Sentinel - Jennings Lodge

Nice historical buildings! For some one like old fashioned furnitures will definitely enjoy this setting.

We arrived late but the staff at front desk was nice and cheerful. She explained the facility to us,then we explored the hotel floor ourselves, saw some blue print of this old building,that was quite a fun! For people who like old stuffs may enjoy staying this property a lot.

They forgot to give us a refrigerator key, a thing I've never seen in any hotel before, so we thought we didn't have a fridge. There were stains on the bed sheets. The in-room fireplace is weak with a thick glass panel in front of it.

Positive: It is an old Elks lodge turned hotel and had great art. Negative: The food was horrible and the drinks were over priced. There was a man roaming the secured floors knocking on doors ours included. Our terrace fire pit would not turn on and when we called the front desk there was no answer, several times and it was830p

Ok so where do I begin? Room window was left open so room was freezing when I arrived, Dusty so it's terrible for those of us with allergies (It had me wheezy and sneezy all night EVEN on meds! heater in room didn't work, horrible parking experience, carpet in hotel smells old!!!! To say that this is a “4” star hotel, The hotel stay was a horrible horrible horrible experience! Will NOT recommend! Ever! I left sick after a 1 night stay! HORRIBLE.
