What Shara S doesn't like about Q Restaurant Bar:
Went for my birthday. We got the dates and prawns for starters. They were both tasty. For our main dishes we got the pork shank and fettucini, both were good, but nothing was spectacular. The cocktails were a complete miss — would not recommend. The service was clinical and impersonal. The atmosphere was unexceptional. There are many other restaurants I'd recommend in Portland over Q.
