La Osita Pdx - Jennings Lodge

This unassuming little black food cart generates an incredibly delicious breakfast burrito. Large enough to share, though next time I might keep the Osita Burrito all to myself. I also got a Latte de Canella that was well brewed and cinnamony enough to help herald autumn. Forget PSLs this is my new cooler weather coffee jam! Full disclosure: I came to check out La Osita because they are building out a brick and mortar spot in my neighborhood. This is *exactly* what Montavilla needs and I am so excited to be able to walk over for some nourishing, well made good eats.

Wow. Did not disappoint. 4.9 on the other rating website. The Osita burrito lived up to the hype with a beautiful flavor and texture. 100% recommend.

The best veggie burrito in Portland! I’ve tried veggie burritos at 20+ taquerias and restaurants in Portland and they are all mostly mediocre. The vegan burrito at La Osita has a nice balance of ingredients and each is seasoned well. They also put it on the grill at the end so the tortilla is nice and crispy. I generally don’t like vegan cheese but I enjoyed it in this burrito. Go and try it!

Great people and incredible food! My #1 go-to restaurant. Highly recommend the vegan burrito.
