Hopworks Urban Brewery - Jennings Lodge

Love coming here with family and friends, summer time on the patio is great. Generally our food has been wonderful but a couple times it was over or under cooked. Once the staff was informed they made sure to make it right which was great. They always make sure to bring the kids meals out first which is so nice. Gives us all a little more to smile about.

I guess they like ignoring customers here even employees who had to go back from break. I waited in front to make a Togo order, I had to leave after waiting for 10 minutes or so and didn't get any lunch. They could have at least let me know if there's someone in front gonna help me out but nothing. They ignored me instead. This happened so many times to the point that I had to stop going here for lunch.

Worst caesar salad I’ve ever had. Old wet lettuce, forgot the dressing and the croutons, didn’t bother to slice the chicken. Bar stinks terribly.

It all boils down to Customer service. We had completely finished our meal and needed to pay so that we could leave and catch our flight. Our waitress wasn 't helping anyone else, but we could not get her attention...she was too busy doing something on her phone. When I walked around the bar to see her about getting our check, she asked me what I wanted. 'I 'd like my check please '....she then asked me who my waitress was... 'YOU! ', I exclaimed '. The bartender seemed appalled by her asking me this. The waitress told me that she 'd be right over and it took her another 10 minutes. When she came to our table she started to complain about working 7 days straight. I get it, you 're tired....but an apology for forgetting about us would have been nice. Dreadful experience.

My daughter purchased a burger and chicken fingers here before boarding a flight, she didn’t check the bag after grabbing it and heading back to her gate and realized by the time she got back that they had only given her the fry’s and there was no burger and no chicken. She paid almost 40$ for just French fries and by the time she could go back it was too late and she had to board the plane. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!
