Pizza was hard and tough to bite through, almost as though we received a pizza that was ordered and not picked up, only to be handed out later. Disappointed, not what I had known their pizza to be in the past. View all feedback. What Luke likes about Flying Pie Pizzeria.:
Best pizza in Portland. Highest quality toppings. The staff was laughing while they worked. The restaurant was clean. Best vegan cheese available if you can't have cheese. I recommend satisfying your pizza needs here. View all feedback.

Very good pizza. However, I suspect they use sulfites as a dough conditioner based on my sulfite-sensitive reaction to eating it.
