BC2 is a true gem! I love the bibimbap bento the rice is perfect, sauce is delicious, and it's a great combination of vegetables and chicken. It was alright. For its location in that part of downtown it’s excellent because there’s not much else there. But in comparison to other parts of downtown or Portland food in general it’s okay. Meal was good, but teriyaki chicken could’ve used more flavor. View all feedback.

Stopped by for food, door says open at 11 and no one is there and no sign explaining. Pretty silly to advertise as open if your not.
