I understand it's late a... read more I ordered a 10-piece regular nugget at 11:30 PM and received a mix of half spicy and half regular. The regular nuggets were stone cold. I understand it's late and they might be winding down, but that shouldn't excuse serving leftover food. It feels lazy to hand out what’s left. On a positive note, I called the store and the manager offered to make it right by giving me a free 10-piece the next day, but I declined because I don't want a handout. I just expect proper service from the Wendy’s I’ve supported for so long. Please do better.
