I waited over 20 minutes for an order of snacking bacon, which should have taken no more than 10 minutes even with the busy crowd.

It seems like drive-thru customers get p... read more This Dunkin' location doesn’t meet the standards I’m used to. There’s always a long wait, even when the store is empty. It seems like drive-thru customers get priority. Today, I ordered 50 Dunkin’ Munchkins—20 chocolate and 30 jelly-filled—but was told I could only get 25 of each. Seriously? I’m spending over $12 on a box and can’t even get the mix I want? I think I’m done with this Dunkin’. It’s not worth the trip from Holland.
