We came in tonight for dinner and our card got declined. We had a little cash on us but not enough to cover our total. My husband had suggested taking his food off and just paying for mine and the kids food, at which point an employee overheard and said oh absolutely not! and pulled out her own card to pay the difference. She paid the $6.00 so our family could enjoy our meal together instead of having to make a trip... View all feedback.

We really enjoy Culver’s, but we tried the drive-thru for the first time this evening, and it was a disappointing experience. We placed our order at 6:37 and didn’t receive our food until 7:30. Come on, Culver’s! Consider closing a lane or putting up a sign to manage expectations. It’s not worth making customers frustrated with such long wait times. View all feedback.
Order your burger without tomatoes, and it’s a lot spicier! The food was delicious, and I really loved the new decor!
On May 8, 2018, we had a wonderful Teacher Appreciation Night at Culver's. This teacher and their family greatly appreciate the easy dinner option tonight! Thank you, Jenison Culver's!
Today, I took my kids to their Easter egg hunt, and it was wonderful! They organized it so well, and there were plenty of eggs for all the children. I truly appreciated the special offer on kids' meals—what a lovely gesture! It was a fun morning for us! The tokens hidden in the eggs for a free ice cream were a fantastic idea, giving the kids even more opportunities to indulge. Additionally, all the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Thank you for a great experience!
I ordered coffee, but their was no coffee made. They said they would bring it with my food, and the food was taking 8 to 10 minutes. I came back to the front counter, and the coffee was still not even brewing .The floors were also really slippery.
