Obwohl wir uns um 21h im Zentrum der Großstadt Jena's am Marktplatz gesetzt hatten - die Bedienung kam erst eine "Pilslänge" später - gab' es keine Möglichkeit auf Abendessen! Zu spät... die Küche schließt um 21h!!!!Unglaublich, dass es so etwas in unserer doch so pulsierenden Stadt gibt, oder???? View all feedback.
8 years ago, but came back because of the good memories. eating is good, great variations of the dishes, basic ingredient is obviously kartoffel, but combined in a set of different possibilities. fair prices, cozy place and friendly staff. also very well located...in the main square of jena
We had dinner on a warm summer evening. service was good, eating was great and price for eating and drinks was good. next time we'll go back there when we're in jena.
We really enjoy kartoffel house. great eating at a great price. they even have an unexpectedly good steak! I always get the grilled mais on the cob. the restaurant itself is really interesting. a small jewel in jena.
Friendly enough, but quite boring. limited, rather tasteless eating. typical German meat in potatoes without seasoning. nlice ice cream.
It's a good place to get german meals mostly with potatoes. It's based on the old market in the city center. There're tables on the inside and outside. They offer good servings to fair prices, the staff is mostly friendly and the food quality is...good. A very nice place to go out for a meal.
