The view is very nice and the chairs and couches very comfy. The waitress was friendly too. Extra wishes are no problem.

They spoke Latvian, Russian and English. I had grilled salomon, it was well made and tasty. Portion was rather medium to small. They also had a sokid selection of wines, but I did not test them. Toilets were also nice and clean.
