It's pretty... read more We had great drinks and good dinner here. Low land cook starters, fried shrimps, shrimps and grits entrees. Burger and grilled cheese for children. It's pretty good. LCB was kind of vaccinated, but the taste was good. Fried shrimps cooked and seasoned well. Shrimps and geese were good, but also kind on shrimps. Our appetizers, salads and meals all meet the table at the same time. Waiter said salads and app were first... Great property and views. The experience was somewhere in the north of a company seafood restaurants, but similar to Harry's or Bochamps.

Zachary's Riverhouse is in the Marina and during our two week long visits we ate in the Riverhouse six times and enjoyed happy hour several additional times. The food was very good, we never had a meal that wasn't both good and enjoyable. Even over the Memorial Day weekend, with a huge holiday crowd, the quality stayed high.

Wheel chair access. Let me just say, they had me at pet friendly . That said, if you do decide to bring your furry family friend consider being seated at a standard dining table (outside) instead of the high-top bar seating. I suggest this because the high top bar seating makes access to little dogs (like ours) a bit awkward. Just food for thought. Speaking of food, the food was excellent! My wife had blackened Georgia shrimp with a side of cheesy grits and lima beans. I had the fried clam and shrimp combo with hush puppies and fries and it was so dang good!! The clams were lightly breaded, perfectly crispy outside and melt in your mouth goodness inside!! The shrimp was big and delicious! PERFECTLY golden crispy seasoned fries !!! The hush puppies were next level excellent! It had the right amount of crunch and yet it was well seasoned with a slight sweet and salty taste!! You know the food is good when strangers arriving are told by people leaving how delicious their meals were. We decided to splurge and get the key lime pie which was also tasty. Not too sweet, perfectly tangy with and excellent crust! Our server Marchez was helpful, enthusiastic and most of all gave the impression he liked his job which in the service industry is increasingly RARE these days. We 'll definitely be back. Nice atmosphere overlooking the marina, and a swimming pool and hot tub for patrons and marina owners. Food was all delicious, drinks were well made with good happy hour specials. Iwas also impressed with the amount of wait staff, speed of the kitchen, and friendliness of the bussing crew: I know retentionis hard for restaurant owners, and the owners seem to be doing a good job here. My only complaint is the portion size on dinnersis a bit small, but that just means more room for the yummy homemade desserts. Recommended, we'll be visiting every time we'reon the Island.

Would?ve appreciated more choices, bit more attentive service, and bigger portions for the Also mainly ?mad? because they were out of the homemade desserts lol! I got the crabcakes and they were fine. Tasted good. French fries wereblah, coleslaw was decent. Had pickles in it, which I thought was weird at first, but wasn?t a bad addition at all, not muchfood overall though for 20. Wife had a salad and added chicken and huge portion for that. Balsamic vinaigrette was horriblethere she said, and I dipped a French fry in and agreed. 15 seemed like a better deal.
