맛으로 승부합니다 최곱니다
쥐치조림은 제주의 콩과 무말랭이, 마늘대를 넣고조렸음. 특히 쥐치는 반건조가 아닐까싶은 쫀득한 식감이 일품. 제주갈치는 손바닥만한 크기로 딱봐도 '얼 크다… ' 라는 반응이 나옴
