We had a wonderful time for my birthday, we took the lunch set menu.This menu is an amazing value for money (14.50€) and has 3 courses. You also have 2 choices for appetisers, mains and desserts.The ambiance was lovely and cosy, with nice jazz music in the background. What User doesn't like about La Halle:
Wonderful setting and started with so much promise with some little nibbles prior to dinner commencing. Sadly from then on the food was very disappointing. The langoustines were a very strange concoction, raw and barely edible, the main of pork was mainly fat for one of us (lovely sauce though) and the fish very bland. A very pleasant welcome in a comfortable setting. The kitchen is at home and delicious flavors. for a more than reasonable price, a good address not far from auch.

A splendid menu of the day. Excellent value. Lovely atmosphere. Conveniently close to Chateau Lavardens.
