What Jennifer Castiglione doesn't like about Two Sons Bakehouse:
Likely the worst service I have ever witnessed. I ordered 2 bagels and spent 25 minutes waiting (not including the line) 5 employees, 30 minutes and they still managed to mess up the order and put rotten greens on my sandwich. Amazing sandwiches. The baked goods were all phenomenal. We ordered at least one of everything amongst our group. So good.
This place offers fantastic bagels, croissants, and bread, along with excellent service. They accept credit cards, but seating is limited. They also serve drinks and coffee. We tried the lemon and caper cream cheese and loved it so much that we had to buy more. Everything is made by hand in the kitchen and ovens located behind the counter. The pizza was great as well; we enjoyed the margherita and the bacon, chicken, and pesto NY-style with a medium crust. Both had good flavor and texture, even on days two and three.
This bakery supplies a lot of baked goods for local restaurants and similar establishments. Everything I’ve tried has been excellent. I particularly love their pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwiches on English muffins. Although I haven't tried their pizzas yet, they certainly look authentic.
