Consistently best chipotle in Ohio and KY. Timely and great online order quality. Like you were in front of the team. Stop the good work.
Every time we're here, the food was great. Great portions and delicious! I recommend the chips and Queso Dip. Entry or exit. People are always polite. We always forget the online order service that is probably convenient to people who remember it. Lol.
The staff is always friendly and we are never in line. I just hate they never made guacamole. It seems every time we go in there, they are literally always from Guac. Other than that, This Chipotle location is always on our list for a fast stop and take lunch place to go.
We walk in, it takes 5 minutes to get attention. One guy on the grill threw away pounds of steak. All the workers were goofing off, playing/yelling. Two others flirting in the back. Approximately 16 dirty tins on the counter behind the food. Good splatter everywhere. The dirtiest rice I’ve ever seen. It looks like you would get food poisoning eating at this location. We didn’t walk out, we RAN OUT!
The food was fantastic and the service was quick! I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.
