Arby's - Jeffersonville

Wow, these people that work here hate their jobs. The young woman at the window kept repeating back the wrong answer so my husband spoke a bit louder so she could hear him over the traffic, etc., and she let into him. She raised her voice and said you don’t have to yell we can hear you through the whole place. Sorry no one was yelling in our car. We just spoke up a little so you could hear. They gave us the wrong food they forgot our sauce we we had to go through again they ignored us as long as they possibly could. It was really satisfactory. The woman that was there and her supervisor were both very rude. Just shoving us our food and we felt like they just wanted us to get out of there. It was really horrible experience. Sounds like they might need to get some customer service training.

We stopped in yesterday for a 2-$6 fish sandwich and the kid at the drive through had them out within 5 seconds! Rock hard and ice cold. Manager had no problem making two fresh ones the following day and they were deliciousThanks again

After driving 7 hours, I stopped to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. The restaurant was clean. The lady at the counter was rude. Apparently, me adding stuff to my sandwich bother her, or maybe it just wasn't her day. After receiving my food, I asked for bronco berry sauce, which was thrown onto the tray. The sandwich was good but frys not so much. You can see in the picture alot were inedible from being really hard. The lady at counter was older, glasses and tattoos on arms.

Really like the roast beef and also like the fish sandwiches. Also like the chicken salad sandwich when they have it. Service is good and I watch for their specials.

The food was good but we went through the drive-thru and they forgot to put one of our cheese cups in the bag and they acted like my husband and I were lying to try and get a free cheese cupwe had just spent 45 minutes I think a dollar more for an extra cheese cup that they forgot to put in there wasn't going to break us.
