Derby City Pizza - Jeffersontown

Good food and good prices. We got there close to closing time and they still accommodated us. I got the small, hand tossed champ and it was very good. It came hot and our waitress was very friendly. I would recommend the Derby City in Plainview to others. They also have a small outdoor dining area with plenty of seating. It is a quiet a friendly little place to relax and eat some good food.

Went for lunch. Bought the single person pizza and drink special. 1) they got my order wrong. 2) There was a large burnt chunk of pizza. 3) You would think a single pizza would have a small size dough for crust, but we wound up with leftover weird shaped pieces of dough. I'm not going back.

Not one to complain but they give you a coupon card that says buy 9 large pizzas and your 10th is free. The problem is that its only good for a free large 2 topping for free which we were not told that nor does coupon card say that on it anywhere. So in short don't expect a free large pizza! Very disappointing.

Been twice, once for dinner and once for lunch. Dinner was lasagna which was good. Lunch was 10 Inch 'Champ ' pizza which was covered with an entire jar of sliced green olives so much that I didn 't hardly taste the pepperoni and the sausage. The crust was like thin cardboard, very tough!The young waitress barely spoke and when she did it was a slight whisper. She didn 't respond to questions either.We won 't be back!
