Every experience is different coming to this location. Like tonight Blue raspberry freeze was made instead as blue raspberry slushy and just takes extra time to have them be remade with the ice-cream to make a freeze. What Jeff Kimberly doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
I will start by saying, I don't go to DQ for the food. I go for the blizzards. So when I pull up at lunch time to order food and a blizzard, I am pretty disappointed when I am told that they don't have any blizzards at the moment. If I wanted to hear no ice cream, I would go to McDonald's. Pretty disappointed. View all feedback.
Was at the speaker for 10 minutes then in line for another 15. Decided it was not worth it for biscuits gravy.
You gamble with this location. They canceled my mobile order because it was 30 minutes before closing. So, I re-placed it when I arrived. Extra steps, same result. They were telling people ordering in the drive-thru that they were cash only because they don’t want to work until the actual end of their scheduled shift that the franchisee is literally paying them for. Grow up, if it’s such a burden, QUIT.
Card reader was broken for drive through when I came by, but the service was wonderful and they let me know when I ordered so I could make sure I had cash.
Great Mr.Misty Cherry slush. Little too expensive though at $2.79 for a small cup.
The last few times I have been there that Carissa lady has been rude as hell. I will not be returning to this location
