The worst service ever! I was greeted and seated, but then when I started ordering my food, I was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait for Taco Bell. I suggested ordering from KFC instead, but was informed that there would be a 20 minute wait there as well. I wish I had been told about the long wait times before I began ordering. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
My experience at this restaurant was not good. We were the only customers there for the first 30 minutes, and when our food finally arrived, the quesadillas were undercooked, the cheese wasn't melted, and there was no chipotle sauce. I asked for no sauce on the gordita, but it came with so much sauce that it was inedible. It was a total disappointment, especially for a pregnant mother like myself. We wasted 30 dollar... After placing my order on her indoor kiosk, it took 10 minutes to get started on my 3 article order. I was the only person in the restaurant. the manager has upgraded my drink with an excuse. good gesture.
Drive through only had a basic family dinner... they were out of slaw at 4:30 in the afternoon did not receive the biscuits which I asked twice to assure I got them. Did not re eive my receipt wasn't even offered it. Tried to call them back and they never answered the.phone. tried for.6 hours.not a pleasant trip
Ordered a chicken bowl which smelled disgusting and the food tasted old. Also ordered a chicken chalupa supreme only to get home and realize that what I got was a soft taco that was cold gross and sticking to the wrapper. Couldn’t even eat, it was disgusting. Also the guy taking orders was rude and impatient. Horrible place!
Drive thru was fast which is the only good thing I could say. The man taking my order was rude and rushing after every item he said tried telling us a total. He never asked what drink we wanted just gave us something. Was asked to drive around the building and park (no one was in line behind us) and a nice young lady brought out our food, we voiced our concern only to find out that man taking our order was the MANAGER. He should not be in charge of anything very poor customer service, which he is apparently rude to his staff as well.
Inside was closed to the public. I ordered 2 soft tacos, and 12 doritos locos taco supremes in drive thru. When I got home, there was no sour cream on any of the 12 tacos. Customer service no these day are NOT what it used to be.
