What User likes about Subway:
It was clean the workers were nice but one was not very communicative Indian wore earrings on both sides. He must be the owner or manager from what I picked up. Anyways it would've been nice of him to say fresh mozzarella it's extra instead of waiting to tell me that at the counter. View all feedback.

Instead of helping us, he just walked away, leaving a kind employee to deal with our frustration. She was fantastic, but the owner's behavior was unacceptable. The food is great, but I wouldn't recommend using their delivery or takeout services. Each time I've tried them, the food has been soggy and not made very well.

Mine, on the other hand, seemed to be his passive-aggressive way of expressing his annoyance, as everything was soggy. I'm sure the owner will blame "politics" for his behavior, but I don't see how things have changed in just a week.

I had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant. I asked for three cookies, and the staff member took the entire plate and jokingly dropped all the cookies on the floor. I couldn't help but wonder if the situation would have been different if I were white. I ended up leaving without getting upset.
