She was fantastic, but the owner's behavior was unacceptable. It feels like this establishment needs a change in management if customers are going to feel uneasy about following the rules as advertised. I’m not one to complain, but his attitude almost pushed me to behave like a stereotypical "Karen." On a more positive note, the woman who helped us made a delicious sandwich for my partner. Mine, on the other hand, seemed to be his passive-aggressive way of expressing his annoyance, as everything was soggy. I'm sure the owner will blame "politics" for his behavior, but I don't see how things have changed in just a week.
