The pizza was absolutely delicious. I wish I knew the young man's name who was at the cash register. He was very kind and helpful. He came from around the desk held the door open for me and helped me carry my order to my car. To help the manageridentify him it was the young man working at the register Sunday August 21st around 8:00 p.m.
Ordered a pizza and brownie. Girl said it would take 45 min. Called 60 min later to find out status on my pizza order, girl said she had no order for me! Last time I order a pizza from PH.
Today, one of the food trucks was not in operation, likely due to delays with the 18-wheeler. As a result, they were out of dough for their pizza. However, the manager was extremely pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate everyone. It was not the pizza that impressed me, but rather the exceptional customer service. Thank you.
My sister and I went to order a pizza and were welcomed right away by William. He handled our order with a big smile and brought the pizza directly to our table. The service was top-notch!
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic. I had an enjoyable chat while I waited for my pizza. Don't hesitate to strike up a conversation with them.
