If it wasn't for the other waitress and bus girl, we would've left. Food is okay for the price.

The prices are reasonable, the portion sizes are generous, and the food is delicious. Additionally, Shannon provided exceptional service. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area!

The food was generally quite good, with some dishes being particula... read more During our visit from out of town to see family, we decided to try Mugs, a local restaurant. The food was generally quite good, with some dishes being particularly generous in portion size—I'm looking at you, pancakes and biscuits! Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly, but unfortunately, our server Cammy was the exception. She came across as rude and seemed indifferent to our needs, treating us like an inconvenience. When we asked her for a drink refill, she mentioned she was busy with something else. When inquiring about the ingredients in a meal due to dietary restrictions, it felt as though she had never been asked such a question before and expected us to already know what was in the dish. It quickly became easier to ask any passing staff member rather than seek help from her. I would recommend Mugs for a hearty meal, but only if you’re lucky enough to have someone other than Cammy to assist you.
