Little Caesars Pizza - Jefferson City

Should be able to go with pizza, but the wait was much more than I thought it should be.

This Little Caesars pizza is in a small college town. I like to order thru their nationwide app and pick it up when it is ready. Lucky for me that I had the app. There was a sign on the door that said they could only take online orders because they are short of help. The staff they did have was very nice and extremely helpful. They wasn't as busy as they should have been due to not taking any walk-ins.

Yesterday ordered a meat trio pizza and my fiancée picked it up from work on his way home. I didn't eat of it yesterday, he had two slices. We put it in the refrigerator and I ate a slice this afternoon, tasted good. Then about 30 minutes later he fixed 2 slices, 1. layer tasted fine, but the 2. Layer he was about half way done to eat it and he spit it out. Then he told me the bite he just tried to eat Legit, tasted like he took a Tylenol pill and chewed. I took the pane, took a bite and tasted it immediately and spit it out. I took a sip of my drink, the taste was still there, I had to brush my teeth to get the taste. I'll call here in just a minute because I don't put it by every day to put something in the food!

I'd give zero stars. Waited an hour for two pizzas for my child's birthday party. I have baked pizza! The workers are just standing around not doing their job.

It was a difficult situation. They were short on the back so it is understandable that they would take 25 to 30 minutes per order...meh). A number of customers order online or apply the app, but other people who do not want to deal with this stupidity would prefer to call it in...problem? When I waited for my order, they didn't even pick up the phone as it ringed and ringed... and ranked. No good example.
