El Centinela Mexican Restaurant

This is by far the best fresh Mexican food we have had, in a long long while. The decor, great. Clean restaurant. Our waitress was fantastic. My husband and Mother-in-law was impressed. Thank you

Last week was our first time we went to this good restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We had great time with the good service, with the first-rate food and fine drinks and with the decent charge. We will definitely visit there again.

I always order to go but I'm never let down. Good food, good people.

Awesome food, awesome service...no need for a menu, just tell them what you like!

This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in Jefferson but am sorry to report I won't be back. The food quality has gone downhill fast. It was fantastic for the first two years it was open.
