Putting more than 300zlt in to our tank, I have asked Beata, young woman working there,... read more Today I had the worst experience in my life with this Shell gas station. Putting more than 300zlt in to our tank, I have asked Beata, young woman working there, for the loyalty card to be issued and for the voucher to participate in the lottery currently ongoing since we bought more than 25l of gas. After my question she denied to speak with me and to provide any card or voucher. In a rude manner she asked me to speak polish knowing that I will not be able to tell the same in polish. At the end, she didn’t even provide me with the voucher. But told in Polish than I should go back home to my country. I was deeply offended with her words and behavior. I think such people as Beata shouldn’t have any access to any work with people specially with foreign. Please, as management of Shell being loyal to your customers contact me following this issue with your employee. Thank you in advance.

You can somehow standardize it and write it on a piece of paper for the driver did you see what you eat with what? The parking lot is not cleared of snow in the winter and resembles an ice rink, and the part of the parking lot leading to the car wash is dark, you can't see the lines, the lines are painted so faintly, and it's crooked with protruding curbs that you could almost knock...
