Little did I know such a perfect gem existed in the borders. Award winning and local beer flows fresh from the taps like the ambrosia of the gods themselves. The food is that ideal combination of pub goodness and local produce that produces a little bit of magic on your plate. Needless to say the food and drink is complimented by the friendly, competent and knowledgeable staff. I can't recommend the Ancrum Cross Keys enough... The food and service at this restaurant are outstanding. The chef is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is very warm and inviting. We highly recommend this hidden gem to everyone!
This pub is fantastic, with excellent customer service and a warm, welcoming team. Our experience was amazing. We dined there twice—once with the regular menu and once for the Sunday roast, which was one of the best I've ever had. The staff are very accommodating for those with mobility issues and for dogs. A huge thank you to the entire team!
Fantastic experience! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I really loved the decor, and it's a bonus that dogs are allowed inside. I would highly recommend this place!
