Very nice discovery 15 minutes from Colmar, a very beautiful room in a modern and cozy spirit, a warm and respectful welcome. A meal worthy of the greatest.... A REAL homemade sauce that only enhances the meat, shellfish cooked to perfection and a perfect Risotto. As for room service, discreet and professional with presentation of dishes, crumbs, suggestions, etc... In short, a restaurant like we find less and less. Thank you to Olivia and Ludovic for this magnificent dinner that you offered us.

Une bonne adresse.. Une belle découverte pour une bonne soirée! Une bonne cuisine de bons plats accompagné de bons produits locaux. Ne changer rien sauf vers le haut. Un service irréprochable! J’ajoute un parking à proximité. Tous les ingrédients furent réunis..
