I believe that one of the best mom-and-pop shops in Westwood County is definitely Ricky's. If you're looking for a charming spot to enjoy delicious Italian food, including pizza and pasta, this is the place to be. I used to love the pizza and everything else from Ricky's. The fish sandwich used to be incredible. Not now. When I returned a fish sandwich because it was burned and dry I was met with a terrible attitude. I've been ordering from there for years with no complaints. I don't deserve a bad attitude EVER!
