La Paradera is a charming small restaurant in Byblos with a Spanish theme. Spanish music plays constantly, while white walls and green decorations give a welcoming atmosphere. I visited for lunch on a quiet Sunday and enjoyed the sangria, timbal de escalivada, huevos cabreados, sardines a la plancha, sepias en su tinta, and pastel de chocolate fundido. Big meal. A pleasant setting. The croquettes are delicious, the pleasant and pleasant staff. I highly recommend.

I visited for lunch on a quiet Sunday and enjoyed the sangria, timbal de escalivada, huevos cabreados, sardines a la plancha, sepias en su tinta, and pastel de chocolate fundido. The food was delicious, with generous portions and unique flavors. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable considering the high-quality food and ambiance. Overall, La Paradera exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it.
We visited before the summer 2018 and the food was adequate. They have since made big changes in the kitchen and we saw this last night! The food was phenomenal. We're partly from Spain. Paella was divine. Seared tuna delicious. Croquettas crunchy. Calamari so fresh. And the service was friendly and professional. Finally, a place to go to because of excellent food!
Excellent food, everything we had was delicious but the paella is out of this world and a very generous portion, great service and very reasonably priced.
