Additionally, the sandwiches came with barely any toppings.

As many have pointed out, the drive-thru wait time is excessive, likely because they rarely have more than one employee working at a time. I've visited this loc... read more As many have pointed out, the drive-thru wait time is excessive, likely because they rarely have more than one employee working at a time. I've visited this location multiple times a week due to the lack of alternatives other than McDonald's, and I've never once received a single napkin with my order. This makes me wonder if management is being excessively frugal or if the staff simply lacks the training or common sense to include napkins. On one occasion, my child requested a cup of ice water with their meal and we were charged nearly $5 for it. The employee even kept my receipt, so I'm not sure if that's standard practice or just another instance of poor management. If you're in the area, I recommend making the trip to the Farmington or Turner locations instead. They are definitely worth it.

I’m so glad putting bacon on someone’s sandwich who didn’t want it have to have it. The point of ordering ahead is so you don’t have to watch them make it.
