Probably the worst zaxby’s in the state if not all together. every single time it’s terrible all around. cold tenders, cold fries, long wait every time, but inc... read more Probably the worst zaxby’s in the state if not all together. every single time it’s terrible all around. cold tenders, cold fries, long wait every time, but incorrect every time. then when you try to get your correct order, the employees act like it’s a huge inconvenience. i’ve been trying to be understanding, but after 5-10 bad experiences in a row, you begin to see an establishment just doesn’t care and will never care… i keep trying to give them a chance since it’s local, but i will go out of my way to go to canton or ellijay now. maybe even buffalo lukes! close this establishment and bring something better.

We came in so... read more It just took 35 minutes to get my food. The restaurant wasn’t even very crowded. The drive thru kept moving but dine in and take out were so slow. We came in so the kids could use the restroom…which was disgusting and the soap dispenser was broken. When I finally got my food, they didn’t pack it to go. I carried the tray out to the car and then brought it back.

Went to pick it out and it was attached to a whole slimy, brown clump. I've had issue before but this is unacceptable. Salads are handmade so someone knew this happened and proceeded to serve it anyways.

Then we were tossed a box of fries with no seasoning and the window was shut in our face. We knocked and explained it again, “we need the full size meal for our son and here’s the rcpt please charge us for the difference” she went back put 3 more tiny shrimp in yet another box and threw it at us. No drink given, she was completely rude. I mentioned that this certainly was not the appropriate way to handle it and she made another ignorant statement. I will be contacting corporate and the lack of care of how this represents Zaxbys is horrible. Our kids have worked for Zaxbys for years In woodstock and they would never have treated customers this way! They would have charged the difference and made an appealing meal. We will NEVER ago here again and our kids who are social media influencers will address this to their million followers. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience solely based on the mgrs arrogance and incompetence!
